Private Sessions
One on one private instruction is ideal for maximizing the benefits of Pilates and is the best way to address your individual needs and goals, including any injuries or concerns you may have. Each 50 minute session is custom tailored to you and may be taught on a variety of Pilates apparatus including the cadillac, wundachair, reformer, etc.

Duet Sessions
Reap the benefits of private instruction with a friend! Duet sessions are most beneficial when workout partners have similar goals and fitness levels. However, every body is different, and duet sessions can still be tailored so that both individuals will receive the exercises and stretches they need.

Classes
Using Better Day Pilates’ custom-designed reformers, you will test your strength and flexibility beside like-minded Pilates lovers, 6 students max. After this 50 minute small group class, you are sure to walk out stronger, smiling, and ready for a better day.
To maintain an athletic flow, previous Pilates experience required. Please take advantage of our Intro Package to become strong in your own Pilates foundation first.

Pregnant? Congrats! We want to ensure you get a SAFE and challenging workout throughout your pregnancy. To continue with group classes after your 1st trimester, please schedule a private session to practice prenatal modifications.
Need Privates but looking for a more economic option? We have always and will always offer a sliding scale for those who are looking for 1:1 training while maintaining a budgeted household.
